ahhhhhhh its finally over!!

hello everyone, it havent been long since i last blogg^^

anw, today is finally my last paper for semester 1.1! and this freaking last paper(fundamentals of food and beverage) is the worse paper of mine that i will ever score, and this freaking paper, I AM GOING TO FAIL, NO IS I WILLLLLLL FAIL!! argh! its like freak the whole paper i dont even know how to do it!!! u know how hard it is?? if im so free and lame, i guess i will type out certain questions here. u know, those names of food is like '??????' !!

anw, before the paper starts, i kno im gonna take the supp already. you know, i've nvr felt so freaking nervous for any exams before, so nervous that i feel so sick n feels like vomiting , feels so pain here and there. lol. oh well, i feel so freaking no hope already cos i know that i didnt study enough and stuff, and i nvr do research to help myself better understand those weird words that i see. hence, i am nvr gonna understand any of it, thus i am failing the paper! i feel like i cant vomit and cry. but anyway, i wont be so sad that im gonna take the supp paper cos i believe that i will be able to study well and score well for the supp paper. i believe..............

hopefully, i will continue to believe in myself till the very day that i will take the supppaper. awwwwww. scared.......

ok, since i have so much time now, i am gonna show u how a joke am i when i answer the qn...
baased on what u learn, explain the following terms:
a)aged balsamic
ans: aged balsamic is a kind of balsamic vinegar

b)curly endives(dun even have any idea what it is!!)
ans: a kind of herb

c)foie gras
ans:foie gras is a process where food are forced into the animal and the animal will be hang unside down

d)mesclun
ans:a kind of seafood

e)parmigiano-reggiano
ans:a kind of cheese

f)pesto
ans:a kind of sauce

g)puy lentils
ans:a kind of meat (actual fact is that it is duck-.-)

h)truffle oil
ans: an expensive oil that is made from the most expensive truffle-.-

omg, u see how i anyhow bomb with freaking wrong answers cos i seriously have no idea HOW TODO!! haha!!! omg!

one more, give 2 diff in the following:
-iced lemon tea and long island tea
diff1:one is black tea one is oolong tea
diff2: one has ICE and one has NO ICE

look, too desperate to write answer le, no idea whats the diff. omgggggg!!!!!

and u know, for the mcq, i have few qn, i use the 'meeniee maneee meeneee more,catch the spider on the wall, if u can nvm, meeneee manneeee meeneee more, s t o p stop by stop' method. omg, u know this is the freaking pri sch method where u just anyhow choose?! lucky i nvr throw dice! hahahahahaha!!! omg, so u know how im confirm failing this freaking paper????!!!
